SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Bayly LLC ("Bayly") from our business number, (470) 712 5677.

What you'll receive

When you opt in, Bayly may text you about:

Demo confirmations, reminders and reschedules
Replies to questions you ask us
Follow ups about a demo or conversation you had with our team
Account, onboarding and billing notices if you are a Bayly customer

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book a demo or fill out a form on bayly.ai, by telling a member of our team that we may text you, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversations with us, usually no more than a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Texts sent by shops that use Bayly

Shops that use Bayly send texts to their own customers from their own numbers, under their own terms. If you get a text from a shop, reply STOP to that number to opt out of that shop's messages, or contact the shop directly.
