Questions shop owners ask
Do I have to switch from the software I use now?
No. Most shops keep their current tool. Bayly handles the booking, follow up, payments and reminders around it.
How do I get paid?
Payments go to your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the start. Pay over time options pay you up front, and the customer pays the provider over time.
Does pay over time cost me anything?
Stripe charges a higher fee on Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm than on a regular card. Many shops build it into their pricing. We'll walk you through it on the demo.
Is there a contract?
The monthly plan is month to month. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. The annual plan is paid up front for the year.
Who writes the texts my customers get?
We start from messages that work for protection shops, then change them to sound like you. You approve them before anything goes out, and every customer can reply STOP to opt out.
